Sen. Robert Byrd died
Robert Byrd, whom has served longer than any member of Congress in United States whole history and casted more congressional votes than anyone else since taking office in January 1959, died at about 3 a.m. at Inova Hospital in Fairfax, Va., a spokesman for the family said. He was 92 years old.
